this year with covid the scouting has been limited how confident are gms/scouts in their picks?

Id like to see the flyers go all in on eichel, i think he would fit well. But the defense was your main problem and going for broke with eichel certainly isnt going to help the back end.

/e maybe trying to get risto, or someone along those lines.

If defence is your problem then trading for Risto is certainly not going to help

In the proper system i think he would do alot better than he has with the sabres.

people seem to want to see this happen and ill be honest idk why not that eichel isnt good
but we have couts and hayes as 1-2 with patrick who can potential become good still guys like frost that could fight for a roster spot ect ect we dont really need eichel it would cost so much i dont see how we would be better afterwards
what we need is a guy to pair with provorov and sanheim + myers to be what they were 2 seasons ago maybe even bring in a 2nd guy for that top 4 to stabilize it sanheims a bit up and down i think a solid partner for myers would make that a very solid pair
and people are set on upgrading the back up i think elliot played great for us and people keep saying "if hart struggles again hes to old to carry the load" so they wanna bring in a guy whos like 2 years younger like its going to make a diff lol that should be interesting

but for real we need to kind of move some of the pieces like either jvr/voracek ghost has to go and we need to free up slots for the young guys
this season guys like farabee allison were huge i think frost would be pretty good addition too maybe see somebody like cates or o'brien from ncaa or some or the ahl guys challenge for spots
it feels like this teams gotten too settled and guys were just kind of given roster spots due to being vets over the young guys which isnt always bad but when your season goes like this it kind of is


all in all though i hope to god they keep morin around to play defense hes a solid 3rd pair guy and hes been through so much hes even tried plsying wing just to make the roster which was dumb put him on D and ghost wing if anything ghost blows at defense
