They are all out and ok now apparently

This is the same for school that have zero tolerance on bullying.
There was significantly less bullying when I/we were all kids and the were no zero tolerance bullying mandates.

Now all these schools with the zero tolerance mandate have significantly higher incidents of bullying.

We are more aware of bullying now than ever before and it seems to be more prevalent than ever before as well. We all are doomed.
