man I was in the fundraising game for a bit and I fucking hate how much marketing/overhead there is nowadays, pretty sure most calls, ads, campaigns and whatnot just cannibalizes from other worthy causes.

just got back from mexico, and my work week is fucked lol. the better job i get, the more money i can afford to spend going away, and the more time off i get. Yet everytime i go away for 5 freaking days its a goddamn shitstorm at the office.

i couldnt even imagine taking that much time off work all at once.... thats insane to me

Fuck, dude, the way my shifts work, I pull 2 days in a row from 3pm-7am, and I get 4 days off after. Been doing it that way for nearly 4 years

You’ve never taken a week off of selling flowers? I find that hard to believe but if true you should open your eyes to the big world around you.

Surprised your company allow it this economic climate. In many cases theres a significant production difference between a steady 8hr/ day 40hr/ week and that shift.
