And I think it's a real challenge to do that during the middle of the season. What I think happened with Pittsburgh was that number one I think it's easier to do things in the States, if you want to bring people in, there's less rules about what you're going to do. I think Pittsburgh knew Hextall... I believe Hextall was probably at the top of the list when it started, and nothing in his first interview changed that, and then Burkie was a late entrant into the game and they knew the guy. I just wonder, is there something as clear cut in Vancouver's eyes? If you're going to make the change, what's the alternative? The alternative became pretty clear in Pittsburgh pretty quickly. I don't know if I see it as clearly in Vancouver.
