Pretty sure they'll erase everything when there's an official release in Canada at the playstore. Since it'll be different versions. So I would rather learn how things work now than later once the official one is released here

I assume people in Canada have already spent a ton of money on the game. Gonna be a lot of angry people if their shit gets erased.

Then again, they weren't "legally" supposed to have the game anyway so I don't know if they have a leg to stand on.

Felt too iffy downloading the apk file on my phone cos it said it will have access to my SD memory and other shit like that on my phone. So I used a fake google account on a spare comp with nothing on it, just to be extra cautious lmao

Should be tied to your account. That's how most apps work these days, simpsons tapped out and star wars galaxy of heroes are two of the biggest ones, simpsons ties to Origin and SWGoH ties to either Google or apple gamecenter.

That said you might get wiped. Also you yourself might get permabanned, iirc they're doing that for anyone they catch location spoofing. I imagine if you're at home one second and in Times Square the next that's a pretty easy giveaway.

Apparently they have only been soft banning

All polemon will runaway and you cant do shit for a few hours if they think you have spoofed. But that was just in some poorly researched article i read.

But they were throwing out perma bans for it in thier last game

yeah this happens when you travel too far, in short amount of time on the spoofer. Happened to me, when i was in Cali then N.Y. in like a second. Only lasted 10min the first time, then 30min the next.
best way to check if your soft banned is spin a pokestop, and if nothing drops/doesnt say come back later etc. ur timed out. Nn waste pokeballs on pokemon that will run away 100% of time.

Also not too worried if they perma ban my fake account. I doubt they would though, especially if they're making $$$$ off others.
