Ah. Same answer either way. Ouellet is probably our biggest 2-way defensive prospect. Dekeyser may pan out to be an amazing one as well. The defense played surprisingly well this year, whether that was a product of skill or strategy I'm not sure. I do feel better about the prospect pool than I did a year ago.

Babcock is reason why wings defense can perform without top defensive guys.. got kronwall and the rest are ehhhh (except dekeyser but he's injured)

I feel really good about Lashoff. If nothing else, he's just very consistent. I would rather have a 3rd pair guy where you know what you're getting than a 1st line guy who is sometimes a Norris contender and sometimes a beer league defenseman.

Idk, there were quite a few times I've seen Lashoff not in the right positioning that costed goals

Hawks are the ultimate tease team. Make the other team have hope with these close games, then they usually snatch it away right at the end

Scares me that it's tied going into the third. Wings have been awful in the third period.
