After missing nearly 30 regular-season games with a knee injury, Yzerman led the Red Wings to their 10th Stanley Cup with a team-high 23 points, playing on a knee that required reconstructive surgery in the offseason and knocked him out of the first 66 games of the 2003 season

You need your best players to be your best players all over the ice.

That's why I "LOL", at Canuck fans that think the twins are even decent playoff performers. And that's why real teams like Philly with Mike Richards, Anaheim with Getzlaf, Chicago with Toews and Pittsburgh with Crosby are always challenging for a cup.

Your best players have to set an example.

:)

Seriously Mike needs to start playing better tho for us to get back this year. We also need Pronger..

Lolnucks. In the past two games the twins have less points combined than a rookie goaltender. Great leaders there.

You're a tool.

Nibbler is correct about this, what kind of impression do you get if your best players won't do the "boring" part of the game?

he's a canuck fan, as soon as they get someone who know anything about hockey they get mad and talksa bout regular season lol

I would agree that a team needs a leader/someone who steps up in the postseason. Though if a team was deep enough all around they might not necessarily need one.

Real question though is how did you manage to get 90% warn???
