It really doesn't make sense that the value of money goes down, prices on everything go up, but companies don't increase the wage? It's really just major corporations being greedy. Yes I understand small businesses would struggle, but wouldn't they rather pay 3 great workers 20$ buck/hr as opposed to 6 shitty ones 10$ per hour?

When I worked at a grocery store, we had several full time people and part timers that did great work, yet there was others that would slack off, show up late, and overall not be as productive. It would have been more cost effective to raise the wage hire to attract good workers and hire less, then keep wages low and hire a bunch of entitled child-adults.

Obviously there is more to it than that, but it doesn't really make sense to me how everything else can go up but wages.
