what was the item link?
did it say guaranteed delivery date? fulfilled by amazon or some 3rd party?
some items arent always prime eligible or fast shipping. It should tell you
if it said it was guranteed to be delivered in couple days or so, and u waited 9 days, contact their customer support live chat.
99.9% of the time they ship it out to you for free, or give you amazon credit.
