Flyers' Mason leaves practice, will have MRI

Mason and the Flyers did not disclose the injury, but general manager Ron Hextall said it wasn't related to the back injury that sidelined Mason last month, CSNPhilly.com reported.
"Took two shots with [goaltending coach Jeff Reese] and what had kind of been bothering me since the end of last game didn't feel good, so we're going to get it checked out," Mason said.
