What do you track your food on? Doesn't seem you'd be getting enough micro nutrients or fibre

I go on myfitnesspal

this is pretty bad because you body will eventually get used to have so low calories and you will lack physical/physiological energy and you will have a hard time eating more than 1500 calories and will actually start gaining fat if you eat more than that

Well when i was in florida i ate a lot more calories and i didn't really took weight. I can take around 2000 calories a day without gaining fat.

What are your macro/micro breakdowns? (You can take a ss for micros, too much to type lol)

Looks like you have basically no fat in your diet

Today i woke up at 10:30 since i had no classes this morning. This is why there is no breakfast since i only lunched. As you can see i still have some "free calories", i'll probably eat something that will get me those calories while giving some healthy fat (nuts)

Nope myfitnesspal is a site where there is a database with foods that everyone puts in. You track your food using that database and it is easy to track what you eat easily

They have a site and an app, the app is better.

Personally, I use fitday.com but it's personal preference.

@Kira, you need way more fat and probably more protein too (if you're active that is)

And what are your micros?

I usually just look at those! I take a lot of fiber though. Not sure about iron calcium and all the vitamins though
I often get more protein too, chicken is full of them and i eat chicken a lot. Plus nuts and peanut butter are good for protein too so i am not too low
