Lol the war travs I found was 30%. Still fetched 450. Sell that asap.

Regarding MF I run 280 with babas and milabrega on swap right before kill so effectively 400ish when it drops. Served me very well so far, always multiple good drops from a few hours of MFing. With insight merc I can just facetank Meph and I don't visit shop at all unless my inventory gets full
