Id be pretty happy to trade tatar to the bruins and take backes salary for a decent return. Habs have been on a streak lately but its about to end with arizona/penguins/bruins/dallas in the same week.

Id say that with krejci on the 2nd line it would make a pretty darn good fit



I don’t love Tatar. But I know my GM is a smart man. If Tatar’s the best we can get that would work for me. But that trade I put specially clears up so much cap we could get almost anyone The Don is gonna be working

Well i think hes the best fit for your 2nd line with krejci for the price he will cost and the fact that it doesn't gut your team cap. Getting rid of backes and having room down the line to resign him

Yeah no doubt, if we somehow dump Backes before the trade deadline, next off-season becomes much more simple.
