ppl worried edler's extra year is gonna somehow destroy the canucks team, but doesn't seem to realize that cap space goes up by then, lolnucks still have ton of cap, shit contracts off the books, and having no edler destroys the team more than having him for the extra year that he MAY or may not be declining basically edler's 3rd year, nobody is under contract aside from horvat. Basically a brand new GM can do whatever he'd want to sign players and shit.

The salary cap is looking like it will be at MOST 82.5 million, it will probably be slightly lower.

The teams near the ceiling are going to be SCRAMBLING if they have guys to sign and need/want to make changes.

I would love the Sens to offer sheet Meier or Kapanen. Toronto and SJS are fucked when this happens
