You said that cardio is useless for fat loss, which is total bullshit. When you get your bpm to over 170 your fat burns, and it burns quick. If you do some HIIT the fat literally runs away scared. You have to find the right balance in order to obtain a  successful physique. I don't know anyone who can maintain their heart rate over 170 while just lifting for minutes at a time.

Go post in HnF and get laughed at for assuming cardio aids in fat loss.

Calories in vs calories out , and cardio changes nothing in fat loss. I didn't say its worthless to fitness.

When you learn biology , and how your body works come talk to me.

Explain the flaw in this then, please. Just throwing random numbers out there. Assume food eaten is the same.

I intake 2000 calories. I do no Cardio and burn 2400 calories in a day by sitting around. (using 2400 for simple calculations [100cals/h])
2000 - 2400 = -400 = net loss of 400 calories

OR

I intake 2000 calories. I do 1 hour of cardio burning 500 calories in that hour, while sitting the other 23 and burning 100cals per hour.
2000 - (23*100 + 500) = 2000 - 2800 = -800 = net loss of 800 calories.

You burn more calories, however 800 below deficit is unhealthy fat loss.

The numbers were simply examples chosen for simplicity. You point is, you will burn more calories. How do you lose weight? By burning more calories than you are taking in! Woot Woot!

Didnt read ths properly . If you're saying at the end of the day you still ended up with 2k calories , then yes that is fine. but its not speeding up the fatloss.

I'm saying you intake 2000 calories each day. Ignore the numbers, they were for simple calculation. What I'm saying is, if you did cardio you would burn more calories (and hence speed up fat loss) as opposed to just sitting around.

Lets just say you need 2.5k Calories a day to lose fat.

You dont do cardio , and get 2.5k calories in , you lose fat at a healthy rate.

YOU DO CARDIO , but eat 3k calories and burn 500 during cardio bringing you to 2.5k.

You would burn fat at the EXACT same rate.

However if you ate 2.5k calories on both days , and did cardio on one day going down to 2k calories a day , you would lose weight quicker HOWEVER you would be losing massive amounts of muscle and strength which is not a healthy cut, but the same can be done by just eating 2k calories and not doing cardio would garner same results.

Just because you post in HnF doesn't mean you know everything about fitness.
