I know Benning & co knows that Edler wants to 110% stay in vancouver and not play anywhere else due to his family/life reasons so they're playing hard ball
but damn son, benning is willing to sign big contracts through FA to scrubs and even fuckin considering lucic, yet they're trying to save every term/penny he can with Edler
It clearly showed the canucks defense goes from AHL level to junior level once Edler was out with injury.. he's the core for the canucks D
