and why would garrison play on 2nd pair for the amount of money?

Same could be said about Edler

But they're not our best defensemen right now regardless of $$ they're paid.

They'll get around equal minutes but I think AV favors playing Hamhuis - Bieksa vs. top lines.

Hamhuis - Garrison would be our best pair defensively but that would mean Edler - Bieksa which could be a disaster.



I think the only way Booth comes back is if we make it deep, 3rd or 4th round. And if that's the case, chances are all our forwards are overachieving, he shouldn't be able to crack the lineup lol

God I hope minny and LA play eachother in the playoffs and we're stuck against SJ.

Well they did put Hamhuis - Garrison together... lol amazing shut down pair. Garrison becoming our best D-man, at least defensively, IMO.

Bieksa, Roy, Higgins had great games.





Please fix the powerplay, stop taking Garrison off the first unit.

I'd like to see Roy on the 1st PP unit and Hank on the second. Splitting the Sedins up may not be as bad as it seems. Our PP unit is literally our 1st line +1. It needs to change. Garrsion, Roy, Daniel, Burrows, Hansen 1st line PP?

Hank, Raymond/higgins, Kassian, Edler, Bieksa 2nd line? Idk. It'd give it a new look and 2 very capable PP lines.

This. Even if Garrison doesn't get the puck in the back of the net, he cripples a player. Trickles down to a point where no one wants to block his shots.



I honestly wouldn't change anything to the PP besides Garrison. If anything is wrong with it, Daniel shouldn't be in the point. They also need to stop passing 1 meter away from each other....yes that will fool someone.
