If he does take an offer sheet, it'll likely be around 10.5 (Does this put the Leafs in cap issues?). Would net Toronto 2x 1sts, 1x 2nd and 1x 3rd if he signs under 10.568M. I just dont see how Toronto doesnt match if it's under, and if it's over... do you take the 4x 1sts?

Unless the teams in question are legit cup contenders, and will continue to be for the next several years. Thats literally the only way i would see fit to fork over that many 1sts. But as we all know and saw in this years playoffs, no team is safe.
