I want to use the new barb ww set. I suppose current barb gear will remain shitty and won't be changed retroactively?

The changes will be retroactive for at least all the sets, so keep them now if you find them. Doesn't look like they will be for the legendaries, or at least not all of them.

Cooldown ring will get a nerf, as expected, at least when it comes to invulnerability skills. Saw videos of Monks stacking damage but still having full serenity up-time.

But if you really wanna play now you need Sunwokus + Torch Diabo with the Bell as your main skill.

I would suggest just playing the PTR and learning the new items/builds because the old builds won't matter anymore soon.

But still gotta farm with current builds to tweak to new ones?
