Hansen makes Raymond better.
I would keep Hansen Raymond and Shroeder together.

Put Booth Kesler and Kassian/Burrows together.

Odd man out goes with Sedins.

I forgot Higgins. editing.

Problem is Schroeder can't handle top centers if you're going to make that the checking line.

Then if you're going to make Kesler go against top centers, Booth and Kassian aren't exactly the most defensively responsible.

Edited.

Higgins and Kesler are very good checkers.
Pair them with Burrows and that's the best checking line we have, while still keeping Hansen and Raymond together.

Shroeder is the replaceable piece in that line imo.

Let Kassian play with the Sedins. They need a right handed big body guy.

I don't know if Kassian will be consistent enough this year to keep that spot with the Sedins. He already deservedly lost it once this year.

IMO, Burrows just works so well with the twins compared to everyone else, I don't really like when they're broken up lol.

Neither do I.
But I still think we should be looking for a Fisher.
A Hanzal-type player would be phenomenal too.

Sedin - Sedin - Burrows
Raymond - New C - Hansen
Higgins - Kesler - Kassian?
Weise/Gordon? - Lapierre - Kassian?

Shroeder doesn't really fit into the roles we want to give him until he gets bigger and stronger.

I would disagree with that considering the line he centers has been arguably better in all 3 zones during this winning streak than any other, including the Sedins.

Not saying they'll keep it up for the rest of the season or in the playoffs where it's going to get tough for a guy like Schroeds, but I think he deserves a chance if he keeps going lol.

I think it'll be just too physical for him. He's not big enough yet.

Clowe means Kassian is not ready at all.

Would be interesting to see Higgins - Kesler - Clowe. I don't think he's the right fit though.

Can't believe team1040/blake price did a whole peice on a rumored luongo trade floating around.
