Do any of you know if the Ottawa Senators are in danger of relocating?
I keep reading they're losing a lot of money with the worst home attendance.

But unlike the Arizona Coyotes, I don't hear any rumors of them moving to Houston, Texas.
Is it because they're contracted to stay in Canada? Like Quebec City and not a U.S. city?

I'll become a huge Senators fan if they come here. I'm already liking the Coyotes though. Clayton Keller is my favorite player.

That keeps coming up. Owner has threatened it before and has looked at other areas to locate. These lads could tell you more, like Twax. He usually keeps himself up to date.

nah i dont think they are in danger of relocating, though based on attendance they could be a prime candidate for a relocation.
The only problem with that is most of the best markets for hockey in the US compared to a canadian city are already taken.
I think it would be too risky for the NHL to move them to an unproven market when they are in Canada and are due for an influx of good young players.
When they correct the ship and are decent to good again those numbers will most likely turn around.

if i had to pick any team to relocate it would definitely be arizona, though at this point i dont think even that is likely.

I remember hearing in the news some time ago the owner threatened to move to Lebreton Flats I think it was. Heard it in local news, I live 45 west of Ottawa in a shit town lol
