What kind of build should I do for my Monk and DH? I see there is cold/light/fire etc....Is there a certain one better for each or just based on what kind of gear you got?

Most people have gone back to Fire Marauders. Some cold Marauders out there.

As for Monk, you can go with any element for a Bell build but most are using Lightning. Some are fire, like me.

Then there are a few Tempest Rush and Lashing Tail Kick Monks, but not many.
