But yeah, Nash was one hell of a player early in his career. I remember him being dominant for Canada at the Olympic and the WC.

yes, but he could've just signed the papers and then say he can't play anymore due to concussion. Be placed on LTIR and be paid $15mil over the term, collecting free money as he is "retired"

it requires a physical and the team would fight that in court, he wouldn't get a dime

team would fight it, but they'd have high chance of losing because it's a known fact they still offered the contract KNOWING he has concussion issues etc. and thoughts of retiring.
