Since the trade deadline, Gibbons, DuClair and Lindberg have more points than Stone, Duchene, and Dzingel

Duclair says he wants to stay. I would be really happy if we give him a 2 year contract, give him a chance to earn something longer term.

He has insane foot speed and might be our most talented forward with the puck on our roster right now, great shot as well. I still find him kind of lazy most of the time but I think he's in the right age range to make it work here

also it felt nice to beat the laffs again, if they can't even beat us they really don't have a shot in playoffs lol

3 year/4.5 mil would be ideal in my opinion

low risk and leaves us with a lot of flexibility

i think we can definitely pull off a deal like that for him, considering what he's been through

even if we are losing games, it looks like this team might be exciting to watch again next season with all the young talent

We clinched last place, we need Oilers help to avoid Colorado winning 1st pick

They'd probably waste it anyway. Whomever they pick will be ruined by how much of a shit show that team and organization are.
