Well obviously they could still offer money, but Duchene wants to win and I very much doubt he'll be interested in signing with Columbus, especially once they lose their #1 G and forward

Kekalainen has said Dzingel won't be a rental, but never said anything about Duchy, and when they asked Duchy if he would re-sign he gave the same no-answer answers that he was giving while with us
