Even "if" Toews were weak on the play, its doesnt stop Seidenberg to have enough time to actually see Toews's back and change his mind, furthermore when Toews was first on puck and already won his speed battle to the puck.
I am just making the point that Seidenberg is hustling even more than he would be but your right its irrelevant really.
