Anyone knows why the Canes traded Cliff Pu to Florida for future considerations and then Florida traded Jurco to Carolina for future considerations ? Why didn't they simply trade Pu for Jurco I don't get it lmao.

I would suppose it's possible that it's just misreported and is actually a finalized trade player for player
Or maybe they wanted to add conditional picks based on resigning n stuff

looks like one trade was AHL, other was NHL
