You said that cardio is useless for fat loss, which is total bullshit. When you get your bpm to over 170 your fat burns, and it burns quick. If you do some HIIT the fat literally runs away scared. You have to find the right balance in order to obtain a successful physique. I don't know anyone who can maintain their heart rate over 170 while just lifting for minutes at a time.
e/ but I will give you the fact of not needed to exercise to lose fat. A great diet can help you shed weight quick too.
