Going off of the 2018/19 season (since this one has been so fucked up, the numbers will most certainly be off)...
Columbus was 29th in team revenue, and Tampa was 23rd, with only $21m separating the two teams.
Tampa certainly had more attendance at 6th, than Columbus at 24th, which im sure is factored into determining market size, but revenues are the main driving factor.
So as far as im concerned they are both relatively small markets.
