I want Boston to buy ofc, a winger for either Krejci or Coyle's line, or even both :ph34r:

Best case scenario is if we can trade away Backes, but not getting my hopes up for that lol.
For some reason we're interested in Dillon and I'm not sure why. We're set defensively :unsure: But I trust Sweeney, guy is money. Could use his physicality in a playoff series

We obviously need to make some cap room to do anything. Our key players are getting old, so now is the time it stack up and somewhat derail the future.
Would love to get either Kreider, Toffoli, Anderson or Kase
Kreider is killing it rn and Rangers are showing some playoff life so he may be off the table at this rate.

I am not interested in Kovulchuk, but can't hurt at his contract <_< fkin Habs, we won't trade with them anyways
Wouldn't mind seeing Simmonds, could fill the biggest hole on the PP1

I would not be one bit surprised if Sweeney trades for someone unexpected like Puljujarvi or someone
I would be disappointed if Bjork gets traded for a rental
Would not be shocked if Halak gets traded if we're in great shape around the time, that hasn't been talked about anywhere at all

I want our lineup to look like this going into the playoffs:
Marchand-Bergeron-Pastrnak
DeBrusk-Krejci-(traded player)
Bjork-Coyle-(traded player)
Wagner-Kuraly-Heinen

Likely 1 guy added from trading, so rotation of these for the final spot: Kuhlman, Nordstrom, Lindholm(if Kuraly can't wake tf up still)

tl;dr: I think Bruins will get a winger and a dman. I WANT Bruins to get a winger and dman while trading Backes away with a pick or 2. And I think Sweeney will add someone none of us are expecting

How long is Mr. Bean out for? What was that some sort of phantom reaction thinking he was gonna catch someone who wasn’t there knee on knee and did the splits instead?

all depends on tarasenkos recovery timetable.

if he wont be back til playoffs or not at all, id want kreider or toffoli. if we dont do that, id be interested in a LHD rental who can play 2nd pair minutes if there is one.

trade AA for something other than scraps.
His value has tanked this season, but if stevie could talk somebody into taking him for a 2nd or 3rd id be happy.

would be nice to get howard on a contender and ship out daley too.

Trade petry, kovalchuk, thompson and cousins. Maybe tatar if they get a killer deal for him i dont see this group winning a cup and id like bergy boy to milk those assets while they are at their top value (hes been doing great on trades for last 3 years and im confident in this gm when it comes to trading)

Ill add what i dont want : buying vets over 30 years old at the trade deadline and not moving any player thinking everything is fine

Really hope the Canucks do nothing major.

If they can ship off some bad contracts without giving up too steep a price in terms of prospects/picks I don't see why not.

Possibly they can move some depth forwards currently playing in the AHL who might have a bit of a value.

Big names need to be resigned so some contracts will need to be shipped off. This does not have to happen at the deadline though.
