Hey man, if anything this year's draft is fucking deep af. Even picking 4th oa is considered picking 2oa compared to other years.



That year was one of the weakest draft though, so its much easier to find gems throughout the draft. Hischier wasn't even on anyone's radar til like 8months before draft, it was all Nolan before him

Nah no way, but atleast talk about the game at hand or something, idk was just a funny (to me) observation to how bad we are.



Yeah im not too worried, its a good year to be bad, id love to get lafreniere but really with stevie y at the helm and a guaranteed top 4 pick theres no disappointment here.

Least you guys are on pace for a respectful 43pts or so? Should be disqualified from top 3 pick if not over 50-60pts.

I disagree with that theory, if a team is blatantly tanking then sure, but if they are just absolutely plain bad, this would be terrible, the team would never get better, and be perpetually at the bottom. I dont think we are actively trying to tank, i think we are actually just this fuckin bad right now lol

even if a team is blatantly tanking like ottawa done last year by exchanging their whole 1st line.
If they are ready to lose money by having less fans buy their products/attend the games
its their problem and they are not even guaranteed to get the #1 pick like in the nfl which makes it even more risky in the nhl
