He literally told everyone in the entire league that it's okay to make predatory hits as long as it's legal. Players refrain from making near blindside hits even if they're legal because it's just dangerous and not good for hockey, and it's been phasing out from it. However now, Parros is saying it's okay to do so. It's a huge advantage for tough players like Kassian, to get star players off their game because they will always have to fear those borderline calls. Or just outlaw body checks. Anyone who argues that body checks are supposed to be for separating the player from the puck doesn't watch hockey because 95% of hits are done to do damage. Body position + stick-checking is the more logical method of taking the puck away.
