The only advantage Boston had during this game from the refs really was after the loose net and Boston had possession to create offense.

The somehow "non-goal" washes out the high stick goal.

Lets not forget the missed too many men on SJ too.

With that being said, when did the NHL hire NFL refs?

It doesn't wash out. The Bruins get that goal called a good goal and there is still a fuck ton of time left. We have no idea what would have happened. The high touch is called and as a result no goal is called there is two minutes left. Two completely different scenarios. The Sharks absolutely dominated the 2nd and 3rd.

There were missed penalties on both sides. Bruins got away with more from my perspective obviously and I'm not going to get into that discussion.

Fact is, there probably shouldn't have been an overtime and there should have been a 2 on 0 break for the Sharks in the overtime that shouldn't have happened.

Looking forward to THG's take on this cluster fuck.

Going to have to disagree with you <3 there should have been an overtime.
Boston's fault for blowing a 3-0 lead if they ended up losing anyways (or 4-0 lead with the non goal).
Stanley cup preview, but with refs that aren't garbage

Prone.

The no goal call happened when it was 0-0. As I said in my previous post, there is no logical way you could assume everything would gone exactly the same or assume that you would still score 3 unanswered goals after that.

True.

But maybe they get blown the fuck out 1-15 afterwards. That's exactly the point.

Were you complaining about the disallowed Bruins goal too?

😂😂

No way was the ref going to stop to fix the net when we had a clear 3 on 2 counter

Also, feels good to finally win a game where we get totally outshot
We lost like 4-5 of those in the last 2 weeks of Januay
