If you really need me to explain and spell it out, I truly believe sticking out an elbow to target the head is a non-hockey related play and should be completely removed from hockey. The easiest way to deter idiots of doing such things? A consistent, severe discipline to make a statement that the league does not condone it. Similar shit happened with Malkin, Lupul, Keith etc.
