Lucic is just frustrated he is too damn slow to be an effective player anymore.

The game has passed him by and he is directing his rage towards a younger, faster player. Imo he is a lose cannon and needs to be out of the league because he knows his time has come and gone.

I can guarantee he will do something like this again because he is an emo pos that cant handle the fact that his career is done.


Normally I advocate for the players to keep their heads up and be aware of what is going on around them.

This however goes much further than being a blindside hit.

One can not reasonably be expected to be hit blindside, away from the play, when the attackers team is in full control of the puck.

Nothing about this is a hockey play or "finishing your check". This was a predatory hit done in frustration with an intent to injure.

Lucic is clearly deranged and it would be better for everyone if he was out the league for the above reasons.

hope he gets a lengthy suspension. that was 100% unprovoked and can't be remotely construed as either a hockey play or trying to defend himself/a teammate. just a random attack with clear intent to injure. lucic needs to have some wages garnished.
