Florida was on the uprise. Vegas is an expansion team, not a declining team.

When I mean declining teams I'm talking about teams like the Detroit Red Wings, NY Rangers and etc. Teams that have been getting worse and worse and don't have any future pieces right now.

... So your definition basically means any coach that sucks = them is declining? Florida shd the be declining at all and continue to uprise. Just bunch of poor decision fked them up.
Expansion teams are usually considered a declined team, cuz they are at the bottom and can only go up. Many predicted them to be a bottom 5 team, not a top contender team.

Wings were also one of the team's that was declining the longest, but stayed competitive / mediocre. Can add babbycok to list.

You are way off base and not even close to understanding what I said.

Well Ur saying what coach can be good on declining teams, developmental coaches are a start. Av isn't one of them.

I'd also consider kings a declining team.. But I guess they're only really declining when they hit the bottom ranks of the league..
