Don't really need a list when nauki is only blacklist and person you'd have to worry about a scram

i have not ever scammed or late-paid. listrunner must be person who dont let personal opinions run list. thats why im perfect listrunner, iv got countless pm´s from znick where he flame me hardly but idc, i wont make him blacklist if he dont scam / collude / welch / multi / something similar.

next persons have got votes so far to become next listrunner (if we make list)
