The lids do suck ass. My cup holders are consistently stained with drops of coffee leaking from the lid.

And I probably only get a fresh coffee with the proper mix 50% of the time.

Kind of a joke.

How hard is it to put 1 milk in a coffee

I have resorted to getting black and milk on the side and I do it myself

Half the time I get cream or a regular/double double instead of what I ordered
