I really dont think its corrupt. But i do think policies and definitions need to be clearer.
And since only meds/ trusted vote currently more long standing / contributing actives should be moved up.

They don't even need to move the actives up , just give them the opportunity to vote.
but i wouldn't weight every actives vote as equal, and neither would you i doubt
for example, i would value nearins opinion, but i wouldnt value yours
