There were 10+ cops

this kid was 110 pounds soaking wet and had a small knife

If police can't contain without shooting their firearms, then I don't feel very safe

It's not a clear case of anything. If you guys seriously are forming such strong opinions from a cell camera from two hundred feet away, I've got a bridge to sell you.

You can clearly see that he was not an immediate threat and did not warrant being shot...

You can also hear the exchange of words

The second volley confuses me. You can't see anything to know for sure what prompted the first. Don't go crying excessive force so soon.

As for being all over the news that doesn't mean you're actually getting better information. From what I see all the news sites are just analyzing the same crap video. The REAL info (other videos, eyewitness accounts) are in the internal affairs investigation.

/e I'm also seeing by Ontario law only supervising officials can carry tasers, so that explains why one wasn't used until later in the video.

You can carry a gun but not a taser? That's a terrible law.

a person holding a bus of people hostage with a knife basicly loses all his rights because hes breaking other peoples and putting them in danger
cops think safty first.. try to save some douche with a knife or a bus of innocent people? the innocent people are obviuosly more of a priority
shot 9 ttmies is a bit excessive but honestly.. who cares? the guy deserved it

the animal wouldnt purposely be holding innocent people hostage tho... dumb comparison

i mean in reality if he woulda dropped the knife like they said too 100 times none of this woulda happened in the first place.. only 1 person to blame and its not the cop

unprofessional. these happen when cops are scared and can't deal with it. or they're just mad. clearly a wrong career choice. better not fuck with them because you never know how unstable they are and they're armed
