6'1 190. Did a triathlon just before starting my job and been losing physique rapidly for the past 2 months :(

6'4" 235lb decently athletic with a bit of fat on the belly, I'd like to get back down to 220 for October, 210 by december.

i just started working out again the beginning of june, dropped 15 pounds in june.

been running 1 mile everyday and lifting weights every other
i do 100 push ups and 100 sit ups throughout my day as well, usualy intervals of 20
seems to be working pretty well :D
i could def do better on the dieting, my main problem is beer, i diet so well all week, then the weekend comes and i gain 2 pounds of beer.

should we Bold one up and say we are hockey training to not get it closed?

maybe the bold will help us keep it going lol

yes i know another bold is the last thing HF needs :p

:D i wish i could play hockey lol, im the worst skater ever.
i stuck to football and rugby.
played 4 years of university football as well but i havent been training since december, 6 months of sitting on my ass has caught up to me

180 lbs

I was 165 3 months ago. I am now benching 10 reps @ 155, compared to 135. Going no supplements outside of protein shakes. My run time has dropped slightly, but still running a 13:30-40 2 mile. Want to be ~185-190 before I go home in november. Not doing too bad.

Oh and according to this certain someone, I look fantastic and so much better than before. Will edit in them and now pictures.
