i feel like you should have retracted the bet then

cause in this case both parties wanted a bet and now just cause of some technicality theres no bet....meh

trust me, intent to bet would cause a lot more trouble than you think since it's so subjective

but like i said....if people started taking more time to be clear stating their conditions CLEARLY it would avoid lots of conflicts like these

i agree and it was my fault that i got pissed and just signed off but in my head i thought that with new stipulations that i would have to re confirm the bet and that i wasnt about to do.

i mean i've made bets with most of u that posted do u think im welch material (lol) sorry thought it was funny how i typed it but i've payed all my bets till now over 50 fg and now that this has happened and im waiting on the outcome that im a welcher i dont understand

Pretty sure it is a bet. You said upfront when you posted but c'd before he sent UF making it a bet.

my take on it is that liltroy owes him because the bet was cd before the stipulation of u/f/med was announced

liltroy even admits to seeing that kink requested med/u/f later... therefore he had the opportunity to retract or at least post something, and it's his own fault that he didn't.



now, if liltroy had won the bet, i without a doubt would bet that kink would not want to pay because the bet wasn't uf'd/med'd, however, the ruling would be that he would owe liltroy because the bet was cd prior to any announced stipulations
