Cratic really battle to have the most clearest possible bet in this forum, in this case your bet isnt. If the guy don't want to ufront or to use a med, he can have the choice to not chose this. He isnt obligated to use on of the 2 option.

Did he sent your the fg upfront?
Did he sent the fg to a med?

If he did one of the 2 option, bet was cd. If he didnt, not.

You changed the terms of the bet after it was placed, I would think this would call for litroy to accept the new terms

It was already cd tho I only asked for after so he wouldn't welch me like he is now. He never pmed or anything sayin bet is off. If i lost the bet I know he would be expecting fg

Like I said, wait for Cratic or Tom to give their ruling.
