u dont understand the packages all come down a schute and spill out over the sides in ur walkway / work area. the schute also gets jammed a LOT so the packages are jus tpiling up and the supervisors are suppose to break the jams for u so u dont have to climb over all the shit that spilled out in ur walkway to break the jam up a ladder at the top of the schute.. but my supervisors never do it... the only thing they do is play on they phone and want it done faster.. so fine u want it fast thus is the price and they know it they dont lose that much money on dmg packages so of course they do not care.. they just want u to load a shitload of trucks fast and get off the clock
plus im pretty sure they pay for all dmg packages
