Forgot to talk about a couple features

Click and highlight the single row that under your topic titles.
So the line that has TEAM NAME OV AGE PTS etc, high light the row underneath that.
Go to View. Select Freeze Panes
Now you will never loose sight of the column headers.
(Scroll up and down and you will see what you just did)
