I just take the negative numbers and add the 2 last numbers as decimal for the odds. All rounded up, ofc. So for that example it would be:


Phoenix 155
Philadelphia -185

1:1.8 or 1.85 favoring philly. Of course I'd tweek it a little depending who I bet on :rolleyes:
