model seems somewhat accurate,
it's basically vegas #1
Oilers/Canucks/Flames/Seattle battle for #2,3
Seattle has no top end talent, but their defense and goalie is solid. They basically just gotta win by 1 goal, don't need superstars to score 10 for em. (claude julien's dream team right here, i bet they'll be competing for #1 spot if he was the coach)
Oilers and Canucks have a lot of firepower, but their defense is probably the worst in the entire league
Flames are literally like not too great at anything, but also not too bad at anything. It really depends if their stars can bounce back or not to basically go the next level.
I figured SJ would be bottom feeding with the Ducks, but i guess that's kinda hard to do with EK and Burns on each backline with Hill instead of fucking Dell lmao
I feel like Kings will be the "surprise" team, there's always a fucking dark horse team every season. Idk if Byfield, Turcotte, basically all their gg prospects will be playing and deliver
Before I looked up their roster I was thinking the Kings seem low but looking at their defense... not very good. And goaltending is probably average until Petersen proves himself more.
Their forward group has definitely improved with the additions of Danault and Arvidsson but probably still not enough to make it.
