The team is strong overall and now they have a big forward who can bring in a strong net presence.

This adds an extra dynamic to the powerplay and gives them more size/grit which is of course very important in physical playoff hockey.


I don't know if the Granlund/Fiala trade will be as big an upgrade as they thought though.

Maybe I am bias but I always noticed Fiala when I watched a preds game.

not only simmonds but they got granlund too, and many nhlers have a tough time playing against him. He's one of those "tough to play against" playerzzz in the league
