Wanted to make a thread to discuss who your favorite player is that does not play for the team you cheer for.

Would be interested to know why you are fan of their play.

For me it is Aleksander Barkov.

Fantastic two way forward with nothing missing to his game. It is nice to see him having a breakout year offensively. I think he has worked his way up to an elite player.

He plays a 200 foot game and is an elite penalty killer who can also play on the power play.

And of course he scores all those wicked shootout goals.

Close between malkin and Tavares, probably Malkin just cause Pens have been my second favorite team since Coffey got traded there.
