In reality though its really complicated because the team can play but true colours are showing with OG out. The fact remains Fred and Gary arent consistent enough yes they drop 30 every once in a while but the nights when they are off cost us more than what we gain from their spurts of good shooting. Fred has been good since he got back like 5 games ago but he still has turnovers and he needs to get 10 assist every fuckin game. As much as Fred is a pg, he loves to let the team screen for him or make his own shot. I dont see him and Koloko running a pick and pass ever Fred uses the screen to give himself room for a 3 rather than force a play to collapse the defense. Sometimes you should be doing a pick to switch the defender on the off ball player and you can also draw the wing guy if you get enough space from the pick so now you have 2 opportunities.. 1. pass to the corner open man for 3 if his guy comes to close to you. 2. pass to the pick man who now has the potential size advantage over the switch. You can even swing to the weak side we see Jokic do that a lot on the pick as pass add that extra pass to the weak side man who swishes a 3. With Fred.. We ignore ALL of that. He just takes his pick and puts up a 3. Like bro can we stop this 1 trick pony bullshit Fred?
Even so we have Fuckign Koloko who for some reason either Nick or higher seem to think that kid is goin to all of a sudden become a god. I get that we want to get him minutes but he isnt as good as Scottie Barnes nor does he play the same role so we cant expect him to come into the game and have 30 point games like Scottie did last year in his Rookie year. Koloko will not be ROTY, sorry to say. We need to sit this fucking kid on the bench. I keep seeing Koloko have attidude when he plays it pisses me the fuck off this is some rook scrub rando wincing and whining at every call the refs make its like shut the fuck up and sit the fuck down rook before I back hand you back to g league.
Siakam is great he continues to deliver every game he has truly blossomed as a top 20 this year, not the number 1 but still All NBA caliber and his consistent shooting is getting even better this year. He commands space better and better and he takes advantage of the respect that defenders are giving him so Siakam is fucking killing it. Allstar potential although if the raps keep losing its hard to see the shining star when its got sludge all around it.
For some reason we keep giving this white dude time like bro it seems that Masai is trying to get another Ogwagwa and another Pascal and another Boucher churned out through the machine but Koloko is ass Gomez is white and for some god damn reason Banton isn't getting starting minutes. Banton gets us 15-20 a game might as well throw him in as a forward instead of giving koloko fucking 20 minutes 7 footer with only 3 rebounds like bro maybe if you werent wincing all the time you could actually use your fucking eyes and grab a board.
This 4 game skid really shows how important Ogwagwa's number 1 steals in the league stat is. Plus before OG got injured he was scoring like 30 every game. But Good ol Nick Nurse loves running starts 40 minutes every fucking game and we all know OG is injury prone they dont drink milk in England apparently.. So we saw this coming we saw that OG would get injured we saw that Koloko is ass but Nick Nurse just keeps throwing up hands at the refs like there isn't a serious problem at the moment.
